Philosophy

Together with our partners, we will find the right piece of meat for you, which you can enjoy with a clear conscience. Sustainability is important to us and we measure our suppliers by this promise made to you. Our chef Cyril Wadel, with his 8 years of experience in our steakhouse, meticulously monitors this process. Ask us!  We use a grill specially imported from the USA and cook the meat according to the 800° method at temperatures above 350 degrees Celsius. The high heat results in a unique, tasty experience. The meat is super tender and melts on the tongue. Enjoy your piece of meat, prepared like in the best steakhouses in America.
