Sustainability is important to us and we measure our suppliers by this promise made to you. Our chef Cyril Wadel, with his 8 years of experience in our steakhouse, meticulously monitors this process. Ask us! We use a grill specially imported from the USA and cook the meat according to the 800° method at temperatures above 350 degrees Celsius. The high heat results in a unique, tasty experience.
